Our Mission Statement
Northwestern College is a private, regionally accredited, degree-granting institution of higher education with a 100-year history. The College's relevant and future-focused curricula integrate general studies which encourage, prepare, and empower our diverse student body to pursue their professional and educational goals. Northwestern College is committed to providing assistance to the underprivileged, and contributes money and resources to a number of charity organizations and programs.
Recent activities include:
- Participation in Christmas Wish List 2006 (A letters to Santa program at Guggenheim Elementary School)
- Collection drive for Toys for Tots
- Donation to Greater Chicago Food Depository

Classes are great! I love them. I have a 100% in my Success Strategies class and a 98% in the Introduction to Criminal Justice course. It was a little difficult staying on top of the homework because of my work schedule this past month but our busy season just ended so I'm hoping it will get easier. My instructors are great as well. They make themselves available as if they were conducting classes in an actual classroom setting, which is extremely comforting.
