The online classroom is extremely easy to navigate. Just like a brick and mortar classroom, you will know your classmates. The curriculum is interesting. I find it to be challenging and stimulating. It makes me want to learn more. The course materials help me with my studies and provide extra avenues for encouraging learning of the topic at hand."

"Occasionally, there are everyday challenges that I juggle, like working extra hours helping kids with homework, or just being sleep deprived. In this case I just call [admissions representative] Kelly Byrne. She is a full-time employee and a full time mom just like me. I call or e-mail Kelly whenever I need to vent, or when I just need to hear some encouraging words. She is another source of motivation for me, just like my family, and like my own personal desire for success."

"The past two years have been very difficult. The housing market has been very bad. I have had to lay off employees and downsize my business. We are currently expanding our products to be more diverse and competitive in the recent economy. I feel anything I learn at NC can only help my chances of building a better, stronger company for the future.
Looking back on the past twelve years I kick myself for not taking the time to educate myself more. Hopefully it's not too late. If I can complete the courses and receive my degree it will be my first degree not my last. I feel invigorated about taking this first step; I have new found optimism for my future.

"Classes are great! I love them. I have a 100% in my Success Strategies class and a 98% in the Introduction to Criminal Justice course. It was a little difficult staying on top of the homework because of my work schedule this past month but our busy season just ended so I'm hoping it will get easier. My instructors are great as well. They make themselves available as if they were conducting classes in an actual classroom setting, which is extremely comforting. "

I like the fact that there is a 24 hour service to call in case you are having a problem with finding something for class or helping you with any questions that you have when it comes to the website. Other than that, I am very happy that I chose to go here and everyone has just been great to me!"
