Occasionally, there are everyday challenges that I juggle, like working extra hours helping kids with homework, or just being sleep deprived. In this case I just call Kelly Byrne. She is a full-time employee and a full time mom just like me. I call or e-mail Kelly whenever I need to vent, or when I just need to hear some encouraging words. She is another source of motivation for me, just like my family, and like my own personal desire for success.
